Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Yalla Bali. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By registering an account, booking a service, or otherwise using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
While all bookings are generally non-refundable, we allow cancellation requests under strict timeframes.
7-Day Cancellation Rule: You may submit a cancellation request for a paid order provided it is made at least 1 week (7 days) prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellation requests made within 7 days of the service date will be automatically rejected.
Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee a full refund. All eligible requests are subject to administrative review, approval, and possible deduction of processing fees.
Unused Services: No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused services, missed activities, early departures, or partially consumed packages.
3. Schedule Rescheduling
While refunds are not permitted, we understand that travel plans can change. You may request to reschedule or change the date/time of your booked service subject to the following conditions:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the original scheduled service time.
- All rescheduling is subject to availability. If your preferred new date or time is unavailable, we will offer alternative slots.
- Price differences may apply if the new schedule falls on a peak season or involves higher rates. You will be responsible for covering any additional costs.
4. User Responsibilities
As a registered user, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including your full passport name, contact details, and date of birth. You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Service Adjustments by Yalla Bali
We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or cancel a specific service due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or operational emergencies. In such rare instances where we initiate the cancellation, we will provide an alternative arrangement of equal value or a rescheduled date at no extra charge.
Exceptions for Extreme Circumstances: While our general policy is non-refundable, exceptions may be considered in the event of severe, unforeseen emergencies (such as the outbreak of war, political unrest, or a documented medical emergency/severe illness). In such cases, we may offer a full or partial refund, or the option to reschedule, evaluated entirely on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific situation and conditions.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts in Bali, Indonesia.
